Just wanted to let you know that I have been thinking of you and Amy almost daily since the house closed. I have tried to find the right words and/or gestures to thank te two of you- especially you- for all of your hard work and SACRIFICE.
I just can't seem to find the words! You were really fabulous and supportive and we can't thank you enough. We wish you all the best of luck in the future, especially in this very tough market! We have told everyone we know how GREAT you all are and that if they need a realtor in central Jersey, there is no question who they should call! I would LOVE to stop in and see you sometime soon...which office do you normally work out of?

If you’re planning to sell your house and need to set a competitive price for your home, stage your home to make it appealing to more buyers, don’t want to pay high commissions, and want a professional agent to represent you, then you have to interview Lee Ann Melancon at Golden Key Realty. Lee Ann retired from a very successful career as the Marketing and Sales Vice President of Estee Lauder prior to becoming a real estate agent. She is an excellent planner, understands real estate conditions, and is a very competent negotiator. Lee Ann tirelessly worked with potential buyers, buyer agents, inspectors, appraisers and both lawyers to represent us in a very professional and ethical manner throughout the house sales process.
In summary, we were very satisfied with Lee Ann’s approach and her efforts in selling our home. We have recommended her to our friends, neighbors, and even to family members. We have been going non-stop since the closings, but I'm happy to report that we are finally in and loving Plymouth. What a remarkable transformation. Still not completely unpacked, but we have accomplished a lot. We have new hardwoods in the living room/family room, master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have new paint everywhere (except for the multi colored stripes in the foyer and 2nd floor hallway - just too big and expensive to tackle right now). Happily, the paint helped to mask the unsightly "pink"ness of the master bath. Michael and I also undertook to paint the garage ourselves (and we still have the neck strain to prove it). We've had a tremendous amount of plumbing and electrical work - and cleaning - everywhere. And, of course, we hung your gorgeous organizer where we can see it everyday. It is really awesome.
We are just so thrilled with the house. It is so much more than we expected. I'm still pinching myself.
Anyway, I just wanted to drop you this quick note of thanks...for everything. You were great to work with - and we loved and appreciated your sense of humor, esp when things got stressful. So, if you are in the neighborhood on a weekend, please, please stop by. We would love to give you a tour (and I promise you would not need handwipes)!

I received a very nice holiday card from you yesterday and wanted to drop you a note. You sold our home in 1998. It has been a long time. We are still very happy here and have have no plans of selling for selling for the time being. Our 2 children were just starting school when we purchased this house and are now in Middle school in 8th grade. We continue to like our house and the neighborhood where we live. Over the years we have done many improvements... So the fact is: you did such a good job for us back then...we are not yet ready to sell!!!
