Thank You Michael Santini,
Mike, My family and I have to Thank you and all your staff for a job so very well done. When we decided to sell you helped us find the right house to buy and were able to price and sell our home during a tough market. Your ability to keep that house in the spot light with an open house every 2 to 3 weeks and staying tough with every realtor to find the right family to buy is what it took to sell. On the personal side you’re a real people person as well. As the market worsened you were able to keep my spirits high and always have a plain just in case. I never under stood what you meant when you said (were in it together) but I do now and the together in teamwork makes your team priceless. I will recommend you to every one I know and hear of that want to sell or buy.

Dear Lee Ann:
My wife and I are eternally grateful for all your expertise, business acumen, and warm personality. Without those qualities, I do not believe we would have fulfilled the dream of owning the perfect home. It is without hesitation that I would recommend you to friends, family, and complete strangers.
More than anything, you listened to our wants and needs and you immediately found the house within our budget that we would eventually call home – no small task considering the 8-month-old baby and 6-year-old child in tow. The house really surpassed all of our expectations (the pool, the master bath with the Jacuzzi tub and steam bath shower, the fireplace, the open eat-in kitchen, the spacious front and back yard). Many of wife’s colleagues have remarked about what a great deal it all was.
The purchase of a home has to be one of the biggest and most stressful decisions one will make in one’s lifetime, which is something we lived through on our first failed attempt to buy a house. This time around, all was right in the world, thanks to your knowledge of the housing market, negotiating skills, attention to detail, and experience.

We met briefly on Wednesday this past week. Lee Ann introduced us and I am the person who purchased the home on Old Amwell that was "in the family for a long time". Unfortunately my mind was still buzzing with moving into the new home and all the things I was trying to accomplish that day so I missed a perfect opportunity to share a few words with you about Lee Ann. I figure you already know everything I'm going to say, but I'll say it anyway. You are very fortunate to have someone like Lee Ann working for you. Lee Ann really made my experience a good one. Even though she is crazy busy all the time, she was always there for me, always answered my calls, always answered questions, and made sure all parties involved were on the same page. She is passionate and devoted to her job and her client. I always felt that she put her life on hold for her job.
I could keep going, but it would be more of the same. Attached to this email is a letter of recommendation for Lee Ann. I missed an opportunity to speak with you last week and I just had to express to you my feelings about Lee Ann's quality of character and devotion to her client. Who else would show up to a closing after getting into a car accident? I look forward to recommending Lee Ann and Golden Key Realty to my friends and family. My name is Josh Garodnick and this letter is written with the purpose of giving the highest of recommendations to Lee Ann Melancon. As a first time home buyer I don’t know what I would have done without Lee Ann there to help me through the process. From beginning to end Lee Ann was there to make me feel like I was her only client even though she is always insanely busy. Upon expressing an interest in purchasing a home, she was aggressive in finding homes that met my desires. Lee Ann also helped expedite the process by acting as an intermediary between attorneys, real estate agents, and the lender. Whenever I had a problem, I knew Lee Ann would be there to take care of it and make sure I felt as little stress as possible.
As a true testament to Lee Ann’s character, passion, and commitment to her client, I would like to mention that on the day of my closing Lee Ann unfortunately got into a pretty bad car accident. Lee Ann was able to get a rental and make it to my closing on time. Obviously shaken, still in shock, and perhaps holding back a few tears, Lee Ann was still there for me during the closing. Lee Ann is a person who puts her job and her clients before herself and makes you feel like you are the most important person she is working for.
I can only say thank you again and again to Lee Ann. I thank her for being there for me whenever I needed her. I thank her for making this experience less stressful and for being someone I could count on. I would and will recommend Lee Ann as a great agent, but more importantly as a person of great passion, devotion, and character.

I was going to drop an email today but you beat me to it...I had to go to
the mall one day and I ended up driving right by the street by
reflex......I want to thank you for your efforts and results with my
father's home and I know that at times it was quite burden (in spades). The
Gamis will be very happy in Bridgewater and I am glad that their daughter
will have an excellent school system and more importantly be safe in their
own backyard. I had to go out of town the day of the closing and could not
change plans but Brad told me how nice the Gamis were. If you ever need a

If you’re planning to sell your house and need to set a competitive price for your home, stage your home to make it appealing to more buyers, don’t want to pay high commissions, and want a professional agent to represent you, then you have to interview Lee Ann Melancon at Golden Key Realty. We have been going non-stop since the closings, but I'm happy to report that we are finally in and loving Plymouth. What a remarkable transformation. Still not completely unpacked, but we have accomplished a lot. We have new hardwoods in the living room/family room, master, 2nd and 3rd bedrooms. We have new paint everywhere (except for the multi colored stripes in the foyer and 2nd floor hallway - just too big and expensive to tackle right now). Happily, the paint helped to mask the unsightly "pink"ness of the master bath. Michael and I also undertook to paint the garage ourselves (and we still have the neck strain to prove it). We've had a tremendous amount of plumbing and electrical work - and cleaning - everywhere. And, of course, we hung your gorgeous organizer where we can see it everyday. It is really awesome.
We are just so thrilled with the house. It is so much more than we expected. I'm still pinching myself.
Anyway, I just wanted to drop you this quick note of thanks...for everything. You were great to work with - and we loved and appreciated your sense of humor, esp when things got stressful. So, if you are in the neighborhood on a weekend, please, please stop by. We would love to give you a tour (and I promise you would not need handwipes)!
